General Printing Methods
This section gives a simple example of printing a document created by
using an application to explain the general procedures and settings that
must be confirmed.
1
Print a document using the application by which the document has
been created. Normally, printing can be started by selecting “Print”
from the “File” menu.
2
The Print dialog box will appear.
Check that “Minolta Di620” is displayed for “Name” (or if the printer
name has been changed, make sure that the new printer name is
displayed). If not, click “t” and select “Minolta Di620” from the pull-
down menu
3
Check the current setting for each item, and change them if necessary.
The items displayed in the Print dialog box differ depending on the
application. For a detailed description of the items, refer to the manual
of the application.
Some applications allow you to set Copies and Collate (Sort).
However, to ensure proper printing, set those items of the application
to OFF and make the necessary settings in the “Properties” files that
can be opened as described in step 4.
