“Page Numbering” Dialog Box
The “Page Numbering” dialog box allows you to set the page numbering
conditions. It can be opened by selecting “Page” and clicking the

“Distribution Number” Dialog Box
The “Distribution Number” dialog box allows you to set the distribution
