The Save button is used to write the entire contents of a memory card to your hard drive or
other writable media.

Designs that have been saved can be opened, edited, resized and otherwise modified in any
embroidery software that supports the format in which they were saved.

To begin, place a card in its appropriate slot on the Xchange Box and click the Save button.
A screen appears that allows you to select the directory where the designs from the card will
be saved. Click OK.

 Or to create a new directory, first select a location for this directory. Click New

Folder. Click inside the dialog box beside the word Name, type the name of your
new directory and click OK.

Highlight the name of the new directory and click OK.

At this point, you will be prompted to enter a prefix that will be included in the file names. For
example, if you enter Flowers, the files will be named Flowers001 and so on. Enter a name
that is related to the design theme and click OK.

A message appears that tells you copying of the entire card is about to begin. Click Yes.

During writing, a Status Box shows the progress.

When complete, a message appears stating that the designs have been successfully copied,
Click OK.
