When you have finished defining a task and setting its schedule, the task
appears on the Tasks page of the ePolicy Orchestrator details pane.

Right-click a listed task and select an action from the menu that appears:

. Select this option to remove the task from the list.

•

. Select this option to schedule a new task.

•

. Select this option to change the task’s settings.

The McAfee AVERT research organization publishes new .DAT files when it
determines that either of these conditions exists:

• A virus presents a “medium on-watch,” “high risk threat of infection”, or

“high risk outbreak“ situation. To learn about what constitutes a medium

• A high-prevalence virus threatens an outbreak situation.

The new .DAT files are designed to detect the infection and, if possible, to
clean the file. In the past, the only way to distribute a newly developed driver
between regular .DAT and SuperDAT release, was to distribute an
