Official Product Launch date and NDA Embargo Rules   

AMD Radeon™ HD 6900 product-related information provided at the NDA press or 
AIB Partner briefings is under full NDA embargo until 12:01am EST on 
December 15, 2010.   
There are two key dates to follow:   
1. Product Launch date – Effective 12:01am EST on December 15, 2010, AMD 
will officially lift the AMD Radeon™ HD 6900 NDA embargo to worldwide 
media/press and to the general public.   
2. Media sample and NDA product information embargo date – 12:01am EST 
on December 9, 2010, shipment of any products by AIB Partners to media/press is 
strictly prohibited before the date.   
The following basic information can be communicated now, under strict NDA at full 
responsibility of the AIB Partner:

 Board configurations   
 
The following product information can be communicated under strict NDA only 
after Media sample and NDA product information embargo date – December 
9, 2010 at full responsibility of the AIB Partner:   
 Partner product sample – ONLY production grade sample board built with 
production-level ASIC is allowed. All pre-production sample or engineering is strictly 
prohibited.   

 Related software (including press drivers, BIOS, etc)   

 Product specs (VPU specs, clock speed, design kit contents)   

 Performance benchmarks   

 Photos of the AMD Radeon HD 6900 hardware, information printed on related 
packaging or photos of the packaging itself
