Suppose that you are writing a letter, and you want to do a calculation and include the result in the 
letter. How would you do that? 

You could do the calculation before starting the letter. Alternatively, you could begin the letter and 
then switch from the Word Processor to the calculator by pressing FUNCTION with 5, do the sum 
and then switch back to the letter by pressing FUNCTION with 4. 

When you get to the point in the letter where you want to include the result of your calculation, 
press FUNCTION with I for the 

"Insert Menu," then C to insert from the Calculator. KeyPlus 

displays: 

"Insert result or whole calculation?" 

Press R to insert the Result or C to insert the whole calculation. 

The most recent result from the calculator are inserted into the document, which saves you having 
to remember and re-type it.
