Troubleshooting
This chapter offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential

4.1 Power, Hardware Connections, and LEDs
The NWD Series adapter does not turn on. None of the LEDs turn on.

Make sure the NWD Series adapter is correctly installed (refer to your Quick Start Guide and
Chapter 2 on page 12
).

Restart the computer to which the NWD Series adapter is attached.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
One of the LEDs does not behave as expected.
