create & send a message

Press Menu > Messages > Compose Message

To enter a message, use the keypad to enter text or 
numbers.

To insert a picture, sound, video or subject, press Options.

When you finish the message, press Options > Send to. 
You can enter one or more recipients or choose from your 
phonebook.

receive a message

When you receive a message, your phone plays an alert and 
shows a message indicator 

at the top of the screen.

To read a new message, press View in the message 
notification area.

You can read all received messages in your inbox by press 
Menu > Messages > Inbox
