alimitedlicensetousethesoftwareembeddedinthis

device(the“Software”)inbinaryexecutableforminthe

normaloperationoftheproduct.Title,ownershiprights,

andintellectualpropertyrightsinandtotheSoftware

remaininGarminand/oritsthird-partyproviders.

YouacknowledgethattheSoftwareisthepropertyof

Garminand/oritsthird-partyprovidersandisprotected

undertheUnitedStatesofAmericacopyrightlawsand

internationalcopyrighttreaties.Youfurtheracknowledge

thatthestructure,organization,andcodeoftheSoftware,

forwhichsourcecodeisnotprovided,arevaluabletrade

secretsofGarminand/oritsthird-partyprovidersand

thattheSoftwareinsourcecodeformremainsavaluable

tradesecretofGarminand/oritsthird-partyproviders.

Youagreenottodecompile,disassemble,modify,reverse

assemble,reverseengineer,orreducetohumanreadable

formtheSoftwareoranypartthereoforcreateany

derivativeworksbasedontheSoftware.Youagreenotto

exportorre-exporttheSoftwaretoanycountryinviolation

oftheexportcontrollawsoftheUnitedStatesofAmerica

ortheexportcontrollawsofanyotherapplicablecountry.

Garmin’snon-aviationproductsarewarrantedtobefree

fromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipforoneyear

fromthedateofpurchase.Withinthisperiod,Garmin

will,atitssoleoption,repairorreplaceanycomponents

thatfailinnormaluse.Suchrepairsorreplacementwill

bemadeatnochargetothecustomerforpartsorlabor,

providedthatthecustomershallberesponsibleforany

transportationcost.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto:(i)

cosmeticdamage,suchasscratches,nicksanddents;

(ii)consumableparts,suchasbatteries,unlessproduct

damagehasoccurredduetoadefectinmaterials

orworkmanship;(iii)damagecausedbyaccident,
