 Turn off the power

Open the top cover and remove the card feeder.

Open the front cover.

Í

 

Remove the ink ribbon cassette and the clear Retransfer film.

Î

 

Insert a flat screwdriver into the groove on the end of the feeding roller.

Ï

 

Turn the screwdriver, and wipe the feeding roller inside the printer using an Evolis cotton swab fully 

moistened with water.

Ð

 

Return the ink ribbon cassette and the clear Retransfer film cassette to their original positions.

Ñ

 

Close the front cover.
