• To modify a note after you have entered several notes, scroll
to highlight the note that you wish to change. You can then
proceed with adjusting the length, octave, sharp/unsharp,
and so on.
• Press 
 to delete a highlighted note.
4. When editing the music in a channel, press 
 (Option) to
access the following options:
• Play: Plays the notes in the channel.
• Instrument: Allows you select the instrument that will
play the notes in the channel.
• Time Beat: Sets the tempo (tempo range: 40 to 200).
5. After you are finished editing the notes in the channel, press 
to return to the channel list. You can now repeat the above steps
to create another channel of music.
6. When you are finished with all the channels that you wish to fill
with notes, press 
 (Save) and your phone will automatically
mix the music you have created in the channels into a
polyphonic ring tone.
7. Give this ring tone a name to save it to the phone's memory. The
Melody Composer menu will then show this ring tone's name.
You can now go to Settings > Profile, and set the phone to play
this ring tone for incoming calls.
8. In the Melody Composer menu, scroll to the ring tone you want
and then press 
(Option) to perform the following tasks:
• Add: Allows you to compose a new ring tone.
• Edit: Allows you to edit the selected ring tone.
• Rename: You can change the ring tone's name here.
