All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in 
the Printer.

Review the following information.  



  Symptom: The Printer errors immediately after sending a print job, or 

the Rollers do not operate by pressing the buttons on the front panel 
(when the Cover is open). 



  Printer Error State: The front Cover Sensor detects that the Cover is 

open 



  LCD Error Display: Cover Is Open 



  Driver Monitor Error Display: None
