All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in 
the Printer.

Review the following information.  



  Symptom: There is no Magnetic Encoder installed. 



  Printer Error State: A print job with Magnetic encoding was sent with 

no Magnetic encoder installed in the Printer. 



  LCD Error Display: No Mag Module 



  Driver Monitor Error Display: No Magnetic Encoder Installed
