5.3.4.5. Logging
Since firmware version 1.6 the NetCom has two
options of Logging. There is the standard Syslog,
and a second option of logging via Telnet.
Activate the Syslog, and define the machine with
the Syslog Demon running. Also configure the
Facility parameter.

There is an option to upgrade the Firmware of
NetCom. This is either done via the actual channel
(i.e. the serial or Telnet connection). Or
independently via a separate TCP/IP connection.
