Response to TCB findings

Hi David and Davida,

Nice application.  A few minor issues.

1. Note for information:  Your agency letter form still has your name as KTL Dallas.
You might wish to update this.
2. There needs to be a statement in the manual addressing RF exposure.  The following
template may be used: “IMPORTANT NOTE: To comply with FCC RF exposure
compliance requirements, the following antenna installation and device operating
configurations must be satisfied: A separation distance of at least 20 cm must be
maintained between the antenna of this device and all persons.  RF exposure compliance
may need to be addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC
Bureau(s), including antenna co-location requirements of 1.1307(b)(3).  Maximum
permissible antenna gain is **** as determined in MPE calculations**** dBi.”
Revised manual supplied.
3. MPE prediction is based on 11dBm, yet the test report says the product produces
18.8dBm.  Please provide an updated MPE exhibit and insert the correct antenna gain
value in the warning in the manual.
Revised MPE prediction supplied.
4. Please tell me where on the product the label will be located.  A diagram or photo
would be helpful.
Photo supplied.

Best regards
