2. Operating and Setting Reader
2.1 Initial Use
2.1.1 Step 1: Powering the Reader
Connect the plug of supplied power adapter into the power outlet, as illustrated below:
Startup normal completion after “Di” with Power and Status LED light, self-test
completed successfully, reader is ready.
2.1.2 Step 2: Connecting Antenna(s) to Reader
Connect the antenna(s) with TNC port to the reader, as illustrated below:
Access up to 4 antennas, as illustrated below:
Note: The antenna(s) port to reader is TNC male port, and the gain of antenna(s) is less
than 6dBi.
2.1.3 Step 3: Connecting Data Line to Reader
You can connect PC to the reader via RS-232 serial port, as illustrated below:
