AromaSpeaker - WoodGrain Diffuser
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS- PLEASE READ BEFORE USING AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS
Installation Instructions
Place diffuser on solid, level, flat water-resistant surface - at least 6 inches (15 cm) from any wall or object for proper air flow. Do not block bottom of the unit. Do not use 
on or near flammable surfaces, substance, heat source or open flames. Do not use on non heat-resistant or conductive surface. Do not use on any surfaces that can be easily 
damaged. Do not use on wood surfaces or surfaces that can be harmed by humidity or moisture. 
1. While diffuser is unplugged from the wall, remove top cover and plug in power to base.
2. For longest run time, use a measuring cup to fill diffuser with 200mL of water. DO NOT fill water tank beyond 200mL or above the MAX fill line. For stronger output  
     use less water. Diffuser will not work if overfilled. Do not attempt to fill water into the diffuser without removing the top cover.
3. For fragrance, add up to 8 drops of essential oil to water. Avoid adding too many drops of oil. Follow fragrance instructions.
4. Place top cover over the diffuser, making sure cover is completely seated.
5. Plug into 120 VAC electrical outlet.
6. Press the         “MIST” Button to turn on. See operating instructions below.
7. To disconnect, use the         “MIST” Button to turn off the diffuser. Remove plug from outlet. Do not pull on cord to disconnect from outlet. See operating instructions below.
8. Clean water tank between uses. Empty and do not let water or moisture remain in the unit when not in use. Please see “Care and Maintenance” section.
Operating Instructions 
Mist/Timer
 • Use         “MIST” Button to turn diffuser ON/OFF and to set mist timer (ON > 1H > 3H > 6H > OFF). Green LED’s on unit indicate selected mode.
    Note: The mist will turn off when water is absent or low.
Light
 • Use         “LIGHT” Button to turn on LED’s. Note: The light function can be used independently of the MIST function.
    1. Press         “LIGHT” Button once: Solid soft white light mode.
    2. Press         “LIGHT” Button twice: Scrolling light mode. During the scrolling mode, press the         “LIGHT”  Button again to hold on specific color hue.
    3. Press         “LIGHT” Button three times: LED’s OFF.
 
Wireless Speaker Connection
    1. With unit plugged in, find connection name “AromaSpeaker Diffuser” on your smart device and select. The diffuser will briefly sound indicating the connection has been 
made. 
    2. To disconnect, unselect the connection name on your smart device. The diffuser will briefly sound when disconnected.  
        Note: Refer to your smart device instructional manual for further connection instructions.
Audio Control
   1. With smart device connected, use the         “AUDIO” Button on the diffuser to Play and Pause brodcasted audio.
   2. Long press the         “MIST” Button to increase volume.
   3. Long press the         “LIGHT” Button to decrease volume. Note: Play, Pause, and Volume Control can also be controlled by the connected smart device.
Moving and Storage Instructions
1. Do not move diffuser while in use.
2. Moving diffuser with fluid in the reservoir could spill and cause damage.
3. Before storing the diffuser, make sure it is properly cleaned.
4. Do not carry the unit from the top cover.  
Precautions and Warnings
• Diffuser Unit is for intended use only as described in these instructions. Do not attempt to service the device other than as described in the “Care and Maintenance” section
   of this instruction.
• Never use if cord or plug is damaged. If diffuser malfunctions or is dropped or immersed in water discontinue use.
• For indoor use only.
• Use only power supply and cord provided. Keep the cord off hot surfaces. Do not let cord hang over the edge of table or counter. AC adapter is designed for use with only the
   diffuser unit, other items plugged into the transformer or cord will not be warrantied.
• Do not use the device if the nozzle or decorative canopy is not in place or is broken.
• To prevent damage: Do not use water warmer than 45°C (113°F). 
• To prevent damage: Avoid water getting into the air vent hole.
• Do not touch the sonic piece with bare fingers or scrape it with metal tools. This can cause damage and reduces mist output.
• Do not put fingers or hands into the diffuser or past the protective enclosure.
• Do not put objects into the diffuser enclosure.
• Unplug the diffuser before adding or removing parts. Do not use parts not recommended by the manufacturer or cleaning methods not in this manual.
• Always supervise diffuser use around children, disabled persons and pets.
• Diffuser and fragrances are not for use by children. Place out of reach.
• Fill water reservoir carefully. Do not use diffuser in wet locations or anywhere it could get wet or when user is wet. Water may damage diffuser and increase risk
   of electrical shock or death. Never rinse or immerse unit in water or any other liquid.
• Always dilute with water. Never use only fragrance.
• Do not place on stove or in oven.
• Do not leave powered on unattended or overnight.
• Use with Essential oils or Water Based Fragrances only. Acidic oils can affect the longevity of the diffuser. Follow fragrance dilution instructions.
• Do not add more fragrance oil than 2 drops to 20mL of water. Over dosage of fragrance can shorten the life of the diffuser.
• Do not move or tip the device with water inside. 
• Do not fill water tank with hot water as this may cause leaking. Do not overfill diffuser unit.
Care and Maintenance
Always turn off the unit and unplug the diffuser for care and maintenance. When not in use, do not leave water or fragrances oils in the water tank. The diffuser’s 
main component is a round component inside of the water tank that may become dirty. When not in use, do not leave water or fragrances oils in the water tank.

    is dirty/scaled

• Gently clean the round component after use.
• Check the vent or top cover for obstruction.
Statement of Limited Warranty
What this warranty covers
RIMPORTS, LLC / RIMPORTS (CANADA) LTD warrants that each diffuser is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days. The 
warranty period for the diffuser starts on the original Date of Purchase. The date on your invoice or sales receipt is the Date of Purchase.
THESE WARRANTIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO 
NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 
What this Warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover the following:
1.  Failure resulting from misuse (including but not limited to use that is not specified or specifically cautioned against in the safety instructions that accompany 
the diffuser, use in a business or for commercial purposes, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by 
you; and
2.  Failure caused by a product for which RIMPORTS, LLC/RIMPORTS (CANADA) LTD is not responsible.
The warranty is voided by removal or alteration of identification labels on the diffuser or disassembly of any component of the diffuser.
If the diffuser does not function as warranted during the warranty period, return the diffuser to your place of purchase for a refund or exchange. If you have any

Limitation of Liability
Circumstances may arise where, because of a default on RIMPORTS, LLC / RIMPORTS (CANADA) LTD’s part or other liability, you are entitled to recover damages 
from RIMPORTS, LLC. In each such instance, regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages from RIMPORTS, LLC  (including fundamental 
breach, negligence, misrepresentation, or other contract or tort claim), except for any liability that cannot be waived or limited by applicable laws. RIMPORTS, LLC /
RIMPORTS(CANADA) LTD is liable for no more that: 1. Damages for bodily injury (including death); and 2. The amount of any actual direct damages to property or 
tangible personal property up to but not exceeding the amount paid for the diffuser that is subject of the claim. This limit also applies to RIMPORTS, LLC/RIMPORTS 
(CANADA) LTD’s suppliers and your reseller. It is the maximum for which RIMPORTS, LLC /RIMPORTS (CANADA) LTD, its suppliers and your reseller are collectively 
responsible.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS RIMPORTS, LLC /RIMPORTS (CANADA) LTD, ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING EVEN IF INFORMED OF 
THEIR POSSIBILITY: 1) THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES (OTHER THAN THOSE UNDER THE FIRST ITEM LISTED ABOVE); 2) SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR 
INDIRECT DAMAGES OR FOR ANY ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; OR 3) LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS REVENUE, GOODWILL OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. SOME STATES
