Save the file to your computer.

 

Once download is completed, you 

MUST close all the browsers

 before install WebCMS.

 

Double click on 

WebCMS

 to install the program. You may not have noticed, the installation is very fast, it only takes a few 

seconds for WebCMS to be installed.
