11 Troubleshooting
1.
MID starts up slowly for the first time
After update of the MID system, the system needs to install the preset APPs
when starting up for the first time with time delay of about 2-3 minutess. After
that startup, the device will run faster.

MID fails to connect to Wi-Fi
Make sure that the wireless router providing network service works
normally.
Make sure that the MID keeps a certain distance from the wireless router,
and no wall or other barriers exist between them.
Make sure you have entered the correct user name and password.

The MID feels hot
When the MID is charging or running multiple APPs at a time, or its screen is in
maximum brightness mode, the device is likely to get hot. This is normal.
4.
Fail to set up email or register application
Make sure that your network connection is correct and available for
connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that the setup method of email is correct.
Make sure that your system time is identical with local time.
5. System fails to work normally
When you are installing some third-party apps, it may cause abnormal status of the system.
You can press the Reset key to reset the system.
6. Fail to open web pages
Please keep an effective distance between the router and MID.
Please reboot Wi-Fi and try again.
7. Sometimes the MID runs with slow response
This phenomenon is normal. Please shut down some idle apps by
Advanced Task Manager and uninstall some third-party apps to release
more system resources.
