Enter Computer window to view the body camera. It will be recognized like an USB flash disk.

Double-click the disk to enter it and operate files. 

You can customize the police ID and device ID.

Click the Device Configuration tab, and click Device Information item in the left menu list.

You can edit the Police ID and Device ID. 

 

Both Police ID and Device ID cannot be longer than 32 characters.

Click Save to save the settings.
