Presenting Files from iCloud (iOS devices only)

Select iCloud on the Cloud screen, and select Link to iCloud in the following
screen:

The following menu opens, showing a link to iCloud as well as shortcuts to other cloud
drives (such as Dropbox and Google Drive) that are linked to the device:

NOTE: All cloud drives are automatically linked to iCloud. You can unlink specific
cloud drives by going to the device settings.
If necessary, you can manage the cloud drive shortcuts that appear on this cloud
selection screen as follows:

Click More on the cloud selection screen (figure 26, above).

The Manage Locations menu opens as shown below, listing all the cloud drives
that are linked to iCloud:

On this screen, you can select which shortcuts to display on the cloud selection
screen.
To enable a shortcut, press the round icon next to the cloud drive on the list. The
icon turns green, indicating that the shortcut is enabled on the cloud selection
screen.

On the cloud selection screen, select iCloud or any other cloud drive you wish to
access. A list of folders and files in the cloud drive appears.
NOTE: If you are not logged into the cloud drive account, the app prompts you to
enter your login information.
3.
Browse to and select the document or photo you wish to present.
