Warranty/Limitations on Liability
Mason Target Systems, LLC (the “Company” or “MTS”) warrants
that all components of the product, except the computer and base
station, to be free from defects in material or manufacturing until
the earlier of i) 90-days from the date of purchase or ii) until the
product is impacted by a bullet or comparable projectile. MTS
warrants the computer and base station to be free from defects in
material or manufacturing for 90 days from the date of
purchase. This warranty does not apply to: (1) uses not in
compliance with the instructions for use included with the product
and
that all components of the product, except the computer and base
station, to be free from defects in material or manufacturing until
the earlier of i) 90-days from the date of purchase or ii) until the
product is impacted by a bullet or comparable projectile. MTS
warrants the computer and base station to be free from defects in
material or manufacturing for 90 days from the date of
purchase. This warranty does not apply to: (1) uses not in
compliance with the instructions for use included with the product
and
that
are
available
on
our
website
at www.masontargetsystems.com; (2) modified products; or (3)
normal deterioration due to use of the product.
All warranty obligations of the Company shall be limited, at the
discretion of the Company to repair or replacement of the
defective part. These remedies shall constitute the Company’s
sole obligation and sole remedy of purchaser under this
warranty. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE,
HOWEVER CAUSED.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES BEING HEREBY
EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY
WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER
APPLICABLE LAW. This warranty may change periodically -- consult
