product returns. To receive a 
return authorization number,

authorization number.

Returns and refused shipments 
are subject to a minimum 10% 
restocking charge. 

 

Returned goods must be shipped 
freight prepaid. 

 

Merchandise returned more than 
90 days from the invoice date will 
not be accepted (with the 
exception of product warranty 
claims). 

 

Merchandise which has been 
written on, marked, relabeled, or 
placed in other than original 
Katun

 packaging will not be 

accepted.
