The MultiModem
®
wireless modems offer standards-based EDGE, GPRS or
CDMA cellular wireless connectivity. These ready-to-deploy, standalone
modems integrate seamlessly with virtually any application. They are
designed in a rugged industrial chassis and are available with a broad range
of interface options including RS-232, USB, universal PCI, Bluetooth

High-speed Cellular Wireless Performance
The MultiModem wireless modems enable mobile Internet functionality
supporting packet data speeds up to 240K bps (EDGE Class 10). Using the
embedded TCP/IP protocol stack, the modems can send and receive data
over the Internet. In addition, the wireless modems support circuit-switched
data up to 14.4K bps. Circuit-switched data connections are ideal for
applications that require a quick wireless replacement of an existing
point-to-point analog dial-up connection.

Industrial Chassis
The MultiModem wireless modems are packaged in a rugged, industrial
chassis with an SMA antenna connector. They can be desktop or panel
mounted and feature numerous LEDs providing operational status.
