Welcome to the Avaya E-rate eligible product database.  This resource is designed to assist you in finding information 
about the E-rate eligibility of Avaya products and services.  You may browse the product database by clicking the link of a 
specific Avaya product or service you would like to check.  In each table under the "Eligible" column, you will find a 
percentage figure representing that portion of the item that is E-rate eligible.  In instances the figure is denoted as "Cost 
Allocate", this means the applicant will have to cost allocate out that portion of the item that is not E-rate eligible to come 
up with their final E-rate support request total.   We strive to capture in this database the Avaya products and services 
commonly specified by E-rate Schools and Libraries however if you have a product or service that does not appear in the 
database, please contact your Avaya Account Executive or Authorized Avaya Partner for assistance.
