Cross the crossbar○

  thru above the Heat-sink base, 

and aim the pillars on the backside of   crossbar to the 

holes of Heat-sink   base. Then, Aim the holes of 

Crossbar to the screws of clips, then slip over 

the   crossbar to the screw. 

 

Use ”+” type Screwdriver or Allen key○

  to fasten 

the nuts onto screws○

  of mounting clip firmly 

and tightly.
