Priority Technical  Support
Lenovo’s Priority Technical Support provides direct access to an ad-
vanced level technician supporting all of hardware, operating system 
and software needs related to server issues, available 24 hours a 
day, 7 days a week. 
Keep Your Drive (KYD) Service
Retain drive (hard drive or SSD) and confi dential data if the drive 
must be replaced.
