5 Film simulation modes unique to Fujifilm are offered on the XQ1. 

From reversal film color reproduction as seen with the natural look of 

PROVIA, the dramatic tonality and vivid colors of Velvia, and the soft 

tones and beautiful skin color reproduction of ASTIA, all the way to 

SEPIA and MONOCHROME. Choose the one that suits the subject.

With settings up to ISO 12800 (and ISO 3200 in AUTO mode), the 

XQ1 is great for shooting at night. It has excellent image stabilization 

performance, and a night mode with ADVANCED SR AUTO which 

will record the scene exactly as you remember it.

zoom offer flexible telephoto photography equivalent to 400mm*

maximum. The resolution achieved with the use of high-quality glass 

materials and premium coating technology can also be experienced at 

the full zoom. Subjects that cannot be easily seen with the naked eye 

can be clearly reproduced. 

It is not rare to come across situations you want to record as a movie 

when you are walking the streets. Movies taken with the XQ1 are 

smooth and in Full HD at 60fps. The dedicated image stabilization 

function is useful when recording movies while walking. And if you 

want to get really creative, the color expressions possible using film 

simulation modes will make you feel like a movie director.

The amount of luminescence is automatically adjusted according to the 

scene. Faces can be sharply captured in portrait photography against 

backlighting or at night. It also prevents blown out highlights and 

black spots in the background when shooting macro photography in 

low-light, allowing natural images to be captured.
