General Information 
Minimum order $50. $100 charge on orders placed for same day shipment (if available). 
General Order Information 
For all order and/or shipping inquiries, please contact your order Customer Service Representative.  We will fax order 
acknowledgments and/or proforma invoices within 24 hours (this may take longer if the order information is 
incomplete). Customer orders with wire transfer terms will be scheduled to ship within 14 days after receipt of bank 
confirmation unless otherwise notified. 
The Minimum Order is $50. 
 
Terms 
Delivery 
1.  Standard product lead-time is three (3) working days after receipt of your purchase order. A rush 
fee of $100.00 will be added to orders placed for same day shipment (if product is available); order 
must be received before 1:00 p.m. warehouse time.  
2.  Terms of shipment are FOB shipping point. Delivery may be from multiple manufacturing 
facilities. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for questions regarding shipment of 
your order. Shipments will be made by ground transportation unless an alternative shipping method 
is specified on the purchase order. Title and risk of loss will pass on delivery to the carrier. Zebra 
Technologies International, LLC will not be liable for shipment delays of any kind beyond its 
control.  
3.  Drop shipments can be made to US and Canada destinations only. Drop shipments are not available 
to Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, or Latin America. 
Pricing 
1.  Zebra Technologies International, LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without 
prior notice.  This price list supersedes all previous price lists. 
Payment 
1.  Payment must be made in advance by one of the following methods: bank transfer, credit card 
payment or an acceptable letter of credit when standard terms are not used. 
2.  Standard terms are net 30 days for approved customers only.  The reseller can only obtain net 30 
credit terms after the credit department has approved the reseller’s credit application.  Allow up to 
two (2) weeks from Zebra Technologies International, LLC receipt of the credit application for 
credit approval. Zebra Technologies International, LLC reserves the right to set the maximum credit 
limit of reseller’s credit line, and Zebra Technologies International, LLC reserves the right to 
discontinue resellers net 30 terms at any time.
