Entry of Memory Address Using Barcode Reader
The optional USB barcode reader is a welcome accessory when inserting memory
address structure (client, appliance, site, location and description) in order to do
the job quickly and simply. Connect the USB barcode reader to USB2 connector,
three sound signals follow after plugging it (wait a few seconds), as a
confirmation of USB device recognition.

Storage address level (client, appliance, site, location or description) must be
selected first by using the “

The barcode reader can also be used to enter operator’s name, see the chapter
“OPERATOR menu”.
Notes!
Use the USB barcode reader listed in the “Available Accessories” section only,
otherwise it may not be recognized by the GT-600/GT-800 Tester.
Only one USB input/output (USB1 or USB2) can be used simultaneously, the
first recognized one will be active!
