2.1 Chemical Family: Silicone-based grease
2.2 Filler: High thermal conductivity ceramic powders. These fillers are chemically inert
and electrically insulating.

3.2 Skin Contact: Prolonged exposure may cause slight irritation
3.3 Inhalation: Extremely low level of vapor. Not a probable route of exposure.

4.1 Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If
victim is wearing contact lenses, remove the lenses and rinse.
