13. Operating the Second Receiver Unit
For a description of the operation of the weather station, see chapters 11 and 12.
a) Displaying temperature and humidity
There is a separate sensor for indoor temperature and indoor humidity integrated in the second receiver unit; the
measured values (centre display line) correspond to the ones in the set-up place for the second receiver unit.
The upper line shows the outdoor temperature and humidity. Up to three outdoor sensors can be selected with the
"CHANNEL" (16) button. The respectively active channel number is shown in the display to the left of the measured
value display.
If no data is received by one of the outdoor sensors, there will only be dashes (e.g. "- - . -") on the
temperature and humidity display, instead of a reading.
The same applies if the value measured by the outdoors sensor is outside of the outdoor sensor’s
measuring range.
The so-called "comfort indicator" is displayed via the display of the indoor temperature/humidity:
Icon
Temperature
Humidity
DRY
-5°C to 50°C (23°F to 122°F)
Under 40% RH
COMFORT
20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F)
40-70% RH
WET
-5°C to 50°C (23°F to 122°F)
Above 70% RH
(no display)
Below 20°C (68°F), above 25°C (77°F)
40-70% RH
The comfort indicator gives you a quick estimate of the existing ambient conditions at the place of
installation of the second receiver unit.
A trend indicator above the temperature/humidity display shows the direction in which the measured values are
changing:
    Rising
   Steady                   Decreasing
