(a) 

Cannot turn on PMP 

Check the battery is OK or dead. 

(b) 

No sound or listen to distortion sound during repeat. 

Ensure the volume is not in “0” state.   

Ensure there is MP3,ASF file stored in PMP. 

Ensure earphone connect well.   

Some  damage  MP3  or  WMA  file  may  cause  static,  even  the  music 

cannot be played. Please ensure the file is complete.     

(c) 

Abnormal letter shown in screen 

Ensure you choose the right language 

(d) 

FM cannot work well.   

Earphone can be use as antenna. Please insert earphone into PMP 

Adjust the place of PMP & earphone 

(e) 

Cannot download 

Ensure USB is connected well.   

Ensure operation system install well.   

Ensure there is empty space left. 

(f) 

Cannot find PMP when it connects with PC.   

Ensure PMP is turned on   

Restart PC, and connect with PMP again 

Ensure  USB  device  of  PMP  appear  in  system.  But  if  there  is 

exclamation mark with USB device, please re-install operation system.   

Check if there is problem for USB port or USB has been connected 

well.   

If all above are ok, but still cannot find PMP. Please try to format PMP.   

If all above procedures cannot solve the problem, please contact with 

distributor.
