It may happen that the SOCAM does not accept any user input or 
does not react to any form of input. A factory reset can help remedy 
this problem. Proceed as follows:

1.  Turn the SOCAM off. 

2.  Press and simultaneously hold the   and shutter button until all 

LEDs light up. 

3.  Release both buttons. The SOCAM is reset to the factory presets.
