3. To change the settings, type new values in the URL, User Name, and Password fields:
URL
URL to locate the database. If the Fabric Manager server is installed on the 
same host as the SMI-A, the URL is:
jdbc:sybase:Tds:localhost:2638/fabman
Otherwise, replace localhost with the Fabric Manager server’s host IP 
address, in IPv4 or IPv6 format.
User Name
User name for the database user. Default DSN user name is: dba
Password
Password for the database user. Default DSN password is: sql
4. Click Apply.
The changes take effect when you restart the server. Click Start Server to restart the server.
