Adjusting the front and outboard rear

To adjust, tilt the head restraint forward,
hold and adjust the height.

To improve visibility when the centre rear
seat is not occupied or to fold the backrest,
press the detent springs on the guide
sleeves to release the head restraint and
push it all the way down.
If the centre seat is occupied, set the head
