4.  Set the following options:  

−  Project Folder/Project Name –Leave the Project Folder and Project Name unchanged. 

−  Production Data File – If you had a larger production data file, you could point to it here. To print using 

the four record sample data file, leave this field blank. 

−  PDF Quality – Use this pull-down to select PDF quality settings. If you select the Custom option, you can 

browse your system and select an Adobe Job Option file. 

5.  Leave other settings as shown above. 

6.  Select the Open PDF after completion check box if you want to review the PDF on your screen. 

 

7.  Select Print Settings in the top-left corner to open the Print Settings panel.
