Set User Password

password gives full access to

Password on boot  

Enabled Disabled   Enabled requires a password on 

boot. Requires prior setting of the 
Supervisor password.  

If supervisor password is set and 
this option disabled, BIOS 
assumes user is booting.  

Diskette Access  

User / Supervisor   Control access to diskette drives 

Fixed disk boot sector   Normal Write 

Protect  

Write protects the boot sector on 
the hard disk for virus protection.
