MultiSite Conferences – Adding Calls
Call Handling
About MultiSite
Conferences
Conference systems with
built-in MultiSite can han-
dle up to 4 IP video calls
and 3 IP telephone calls
simultaneously.
You may set up a video
meeting with many par-
ticipants in advance and/or
you may add participants
during a conference. This is

the Phone Book to select a conference participant. More on this can be

To add another participant to the conference, start by selecting the

icon and press

. The menu will now look like this:
Enter the number manually or use the Phone Book to select the
additional participant. Press

to call that party.
Repeat until all participants have been called and successfully
connected. A maximum of 4 video calls and 3 telephone calls can be
