- Select the command "Transfer files" in the "Utilities"

menu ,

- Mark "System Language",
- select relevant drive under "Directories",
- select desired language under "Language" and
- mark relevant file under "Components".

Then press the 

key to start the transfer.

The progress of the transfer is shown in a bar diagram.
