Preset Data
Use this procedure to save the presettings along with the 
data on a device and to read out the presettings.

At  the  top  menu  in  the  Utility  mode,  turn  the 
PARAMETERS
 knob or Scratch disc and select “Preset 
Data”.

Press the 
PARAMETERS
 button again to enter.
The “Preset Data” list is displayed.
Preset Data mode

At  the  top  menu  in  the  Preset  Data,  turn  the 
PARAMETERS
 knob or Scratch disc select “Import”.
A message for confirming that you 
want to overwrite the internal data 
is displayed.

 The unit is set to the import mode.

Select the setting item.
When “OK” is selected:
The import operation is performed.
When it is completed, the screen in step 1 reappears.
When “Cancel” is selected:
The screen in step 1 reappears.
Preset Import (Importing Preset Data)

At  the  top  menu  in  the  Preset  Data,  turn  the 
PARAMETERS
 knob or Scratch disc select “Export”.
When  there  is  no  preset  data 
on  the  external  USB  memory 
device:
The export operation is performed.
When  there  is  preset  data  on  the  external 
USB memory device:

Select the setting item.
When “OK” is selected:
The export operation is performed.
The progress bar is displayed so you can check the progress.
When it is completed, the screen in step 1 reappears.
When “Cancel” is selected:
The screen in step 1 reappears.
Preset Export
Memo Data
This function allows you to store CD memo data onto and 
import the data from a device.
It can also be used to delete the internal CD memo data.

At  the  top  menu  in  the  Utility  mode,  turn  the 
PARAMETERS
  knob  or  Scratch  disc  and  select 
“MEMO Data”.

Press the 
PARAMETERS
 button again to enter.
The “MEMO Data” list is displayed.
Memo Data mode

While the top menu in the memo mode is displayed, 
turn  either  the 
PARAMETERS
  knob  or  the  Scratch 
disc to select “MEMO Import”. 
A message for confirming that you 
want to overwrite the internal data 
is displayed.

 The  DN-S1200  is  set  to  the  memo 
import mode.
