Making up a remote control cable
It is possible to make two kinds of remote control
cable, allowing the front panel of the DS-M7.1 to be
detached and used as a remote control unit.

Standard cable
In this case, a standard RS-232C extension cable of
up to 5 m in length may be purchased from a com-
puter supply outlet and used.

a male 9-pin D-sub connector on one end, and a
