Directory

Dial, delete or edit directory entries

To dial, delete or edit a directory entry (name and number), the entry must  
be displayed on the screen. Use 

Review the directory (page 61) or  

�earch by name (page 62) to show an entry. 

Display dial
To dial a displayed number from the directory, press 

 or  

��EA�ER on the handset, or  /��EA�ER

��EA�ER on the telephone base.

Delete a directory entry
Using a cordless handset:
To delete the displayed directory entry, press 

/DELETE. 

Press 

/�ELECT to confirm. You cannot retrieve a  

deleted entry.

Using the telephone base:
To delete the displayed directory entry, press 

X/DELETE. 

Press 

/�ELECT to confirm. You cannot retrieve a 

deleted entry.
