c.  reset  the  Emergency  stop  button  by 

twisting it clockwise until it pops out.

d.  turn  the  power  switch  key  to  the  oFF 

position—the  power  lamp  should  go 
out.

e.  press the start button.
 

—if  the  machine  does  not  start,  the 

power switch safety feature is working 
correctly.

—if  the  machine  does  start  with  the 

power  switch  key  turned  to  the  oFF 
position, immediately disconnect power 
to  the  machine.  the  power  switch 
safety feature is not working correctly. 
this safety feature must work properly 
before proceeding with regular opera-
tions. Call tech support for help.

9.  Model G8146Z only:

a.  press the Emergency stop button to stop 

the machine.

b.  WithoUt  resetting  the  switch,  press 

the start button. the machine should not 
start.

—if  the  machine  does  not  start,  the

is working correctly.

—if  the  machine  does  start  (with  the 

stop  button  pushed  in),  immediately 
disconnect power to the machine. the 
Emergency stop button safety feature 
is  not  working  correctly.  this  safety 
feature must work properly before pro-
ceeding  with  regular  operations.  Call 
tech support for help.
