All Interfaces 
No LEDs, beep 
or motor spin. 
No power is being 
supplied to the 
scanner. 
Check transformer, outlet and 
power strip.  Make sure the 
cable is plugged into the 
scanner. 
No LEDs, beep. 
No power is being 
supplied to the 
scanner from host. 
Some host systems cannot 
supply enough current to power 
MS7320 series scanner.  Use 
the power supply included with 
the scanner. 
3 beeps on 
power up. 
Non-volatile RAM
