Check this form to make sure that CDR options are enabled on a 
server-wide basis. If using the Lucent INTUITY Lodging Call Accounting, 
set the 

Primary Output Format

 field to printer.

change trunk-group XX (XX is the number of any outgoing trunk group)

On Page 1 of this form, enter y in the 

CDR Reports

 field for all outgoing 

trunk groups.
