CUSTOMIZING THE SYSTEM

Used to define a set of services available to the subscriber. 
63 and 64 are fixed to the Message and System Managers. 
Most subscribers can be placed in the same COS. Anyone 
who needs unclaimed messages forwarded to a cell 
phone, beeper or another mailbox would need to be in a 
separate COS.

Covering Extension is dialed or set under Incomplete Call 
Handling.
