A - Arm tubes are universal (right or left) after July 1992.  Arm tube is retrofitable.

C - Foam Grip 1 Pad with ribbed edges are no longer available  
D - As of 1/3/02 upholstered waterfall armpads were replaced with black urethane waterfall armpads. Order in pairs with 

screws for chairs serviced before 1/3/02.

G - Includes item 4  
H - Vinyl Arm Pad  
I - Urethane Pad, Grey  
J - Pair  
K - For Black Urethane Waterfall Arms Pads Only
