Leica DM750 Manuel D’Utilisation

 

The Leica DM750 has an open substage 
condenser mount, therefore the conden-

ser needs to be installed.

1.  Move the specimen stage upwards as far as 

it will go by using the coarse focusing knob 
on the side of the microscope.

2.  Move the condenser holder into the lowest 

position by using the condenser focusing 
knob on the left side of the stage mount.

3.  Unscrew the two setscrews (or wings-

crews for Koehler stands) on the condenser 
holder.
