Leica DM750 Manuel D’Utilisation

 

If your Leica DM750 is fitted with a field diaphragm for Koehler Illu-
mination, use the following procedure to assure condenser cente-

ring and focus.

1.  Connect the Koehler field diaphragm to the base of the microscope 

so that the diaphragm leaves are in the field of view when you look 
through the eyepieces.

  

  

 

2.  Focus the leaves of the field diaphragm using the condenser focusing 

knob on the left side of the stage mount.
